Third-Party Services

We rely on outside services that have their own privacy rules:

•iHerb: When you click a product link, you leave SwiftHerb. iHerb and any affiliate tracking partner in the link path may collect data under their own policies.

•Affiliate networks: Outbound links may pass through a tracking redirect (for example Admitad or, once approved, Impact) before you reach iHerb.

•AI providers: Chat messages may be sent to an AI API (such as DeepSeek) to generate replies. Read that provider's policy for retention and use.

We do not sell your chat text. We aim to keep server-side storage of conversations minimal.

Cookies and Tracking

On SwiftHerb itself we mostly use browser local storage for chat history and local click notes. We do not run ad retargeting pixels on our pages.

When you click an affiliate product link, third parties in the redirect chain (affiliate network and iHerb) may set their own cookies or similar identifiers. Those are governed by their policies, not ours.

You can clear local storage in your browser or use private browsing if you prefer.

Your Rights

You have the right to:
