Welcome to SwiftHerb. This policy explains what we collect when you use our supplement discovery site and AI Advisor, and what happens when you leave SwiftHerb to shop on iHerb or other sites.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

•Chat messages and queries you submit

•Product preferences and interactions

•Click tracking data (stored locally in your browser)

We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it. All chat history is stored locally in your browser using localStorage.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

•Provide personalized supplement recommendations

•Improve our AI service and recommendations

•Track product clicks for analytics (stored locally)

•Ensure the security and functionality of our service

Data Storage

Your chat history and preferences are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not store your personal conversations on our servers. You can clear this data at any time by using the 'Clear chat history' feature.

Third-Party Services

We rely on outside services that have their own privacy rules:

•iHerb & affiliate networks: When you click a product link, you leave SwiftHerb. iHerb — and our affiliate network, Awin, once tracking is approved — may set cookies or collect data under their own policies to attribute purchases.

•Google AdSense: We display ads served by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick/DART cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads).

•Cloudflare Web Analytics: We use Cloudflare's privacy-first, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which countries our visitors come from. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other sites.

•AI providers: Chat messages may be sent to an AI API to generate replies. Read that provider's policy for retention and use.

We do not sell your chat text. We aim to keep server-side storage of conversations minimal.

Cookies and Tracking

On SwiftHerb itself we use browser local storage for chat history and local click notes. Our own analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless. We also display Google AdSense ads, and Google may set advertising cookies as described under 'Third-Party Services' above — you can manage these at https://www.google.com/settings/ads.

When you click an affiliate product link, third parties in the redirect chain (our affiliate network and iHerb) may set their own cookies or similar identifiers. Those are governed by their policies, not ours.

You can clear local storage in your browser, use private browsing, or manage ad cookies via the links above.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

•Access your locally stored data

•Delete your chat history at any time

•Opt out of data collection (by not using the service)

•Request information about data we process

Since data is stored locally, you have full control over it.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date.
